How will I know what it costs?
Our fee is 14% of net rental income, after platform fees and the cleaning charge are deducted. It is paid at the close of each calendar month. Additional work requires a separate quote and approval. See our fees and payments for details.
Do I need to be in Athens?
We can arrange our collaboration remotely. We will need suitable access, clear authorisations and an agreed way to communicate with you.
Can you tell me how much income I will earn?
We can prepare an estimate based on the property's characteristics and the information available. Actual performance depends on demand, seasonality, availability and operating expenses.
