You provide the basic characteristics, and we assess what other details are needed. Alongside potential performance, we discuss services and operating costs.
What happens after you contact us
We read your request and contact you with any questions. We then agree whether to arrange a call, a property visit or a management proposal.
The timing and availability of a site visit are confirmed when we speak.

Do I need to send personal documents?
Basic contact details and information about the property are enough for the first message. Passwords, card details and identity documents are not needed for the initial conversation.
